Low Season - (Jan/Feb/March & Sept/Oct/Nov)

Mid Season - (April/May/June, Half Term)

High Season - (Easter, July/Aug, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year)

• 20% deposit required of full rental. Balance required 8 weeks before departure.
• Pool heating £ 70.00 per week.
• Pool heating recommended between October - April
• For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £ 70.00
• Security deposit of £ 200.00 required and will be refunded after management company inspection.
